In-Person Registration

We need to have a current school enrollment document on file as well as confirm your child's official birth certificate. We will also need to a medical release form, code of conduct and media waiver signed for this season. All these documents need to be turned in before your kiddo can participate in any practices or games. This is also a great opportunity to sign up to be a volunteer and talk to us about the details in person. Can't wait to see you all again this year!
